1. Data We Collect

We collect personal data you provide (name, email, phone), property information, and guest interaction data necessary to deliver the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used to provide guest support, generate compliance reports, process payments, and improve service quality. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of your account plus 24 months. Guest interaction logs are retained for 5 years per regulatory compliance requirements.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

5. Analytics and marketing technologies

With your consent we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our marketing site. We do not use these tools inside the authenticated host dashboard without your separate choice on those pages.

We plan to add Meta Pixel and Google AdSense for advertising measurement on marketing pages only. These will remain consent-gated and disabled until we enable them. You can withdraw consent at any time via our cookie preferences.
