1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HostReady24 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HostReady24 provides 24/7 automated and human-backed guest support services for short-term rental hosts. The Service includes property management tools, guest communication, and compliance reporting features.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all property data, maintaining valid property licences where required in your market, and complying with applicable local regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

HostReady24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valletta, Malta.
